Please be mindful that all orders placed over the weekend or during federal holidays do not begin to process until the following business morning. 

Shipping is done via USPS. Tracking numbers are provided for each order. 

Please ensure that you have your correct mailing address when ordering. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You must take this up with USPS. 

Returns 

It is our pleasure to provide a quality product and assurance that you will be satisfied with your purchase. Unlike most competitors, we do not charge a restocking fee and will provide a full refund. 

 

Online Return Policy 

Return Policy Guidelines: 

  1. Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return or exchange/store credit within 10 days of receiving your order.

  2. Customized items are non-refundable. In an effort to maintain 100% customer satisfaction, all specifications and details regarding custom orders are discussed prior to production. Any item that is engraved is non-refundable. 

  3. To initiate a return, customers MUST return ALL purchases in its original packaging to the return address and must contact d.dexterityservice@gmail.com with your request and order number. 

  4. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed for damage. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way, are not eligible for a return.

  5. Any items with manufacturing defects returned past the 10-day return policy (after review for physical damage) will receive store credit for the amount of the purchase.
